      2.Must not interfere with other people's work.

      3.Must not spy or edit, open and view in other people's files.

      4.Must not use a computer for identity theft.

      5.Must not use computers to create false evidence.

      6.Must not copy other people's copyrighted programs.

      7.Must not violate the use of computer resources without their own rights.

      8.Must not take the work of others as their own.

      9.Must consider what will happen to the society that follows from the action.

      10.Must use a computer with respect to rules, rules, etiquette.

      Ethics are what makes the internet society order. Social responsibility is a matter of having to cultivate the rules of each network, so regulations must be set up so that the operations are systematically and mutually beneficial. Some networks have clear penalties and ethics to help keep society peaceful, and if violations are violent, the law can also play a role.
