       Electronic Transactions Act 2001

       This Act focuses on determining the legal effects of electronic data.       Information technology laws therefore arise due to the social necessity and solidality of the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) as the Office of the National Information Technology Commission.       6.Electronic Funds Tranfer Law: To protect consumers and create secure guarantees.

      7.Telecommunications law (Telecommunication Law): To set the mechanism for liberalization for fair competition and efficiency. Including creating a guarantee for the public to have universal access to telecommunications services (Universal Service).

      8.International law International organizations and international trade related to information technology.

      9.Internet-related laws.

      10.Law on Technology and Electronics and Computer Industry Development.

      Law Computer-related offenses (Version 2), B.E. 2560, as follows.
